Panchayat Staff

Panchayat Staff are the members who manage the services in a Panchayat.

  1. Open the Survey App.
  2. Once opened and enter your Username and Password, then click on the Login button.
  3. Once you log in, you will be taken to the Dashboard screen and click on the Menu at the top left corner.

  4. Select the Survey from the Menu.

  5. After clicking on the Survey, you will be moved to the Survey Screen, then look for the Panchayat Staff and click on it.

List

From the Survey Screen, click on the Panchayat Staff and it moves to the List Screen. The List screen displays different sections i.e., Title, Statistics, Record.

Title Section

At the top of the List Screen, you will able to see the following information :

  1. Title : Panchayat Staff
  2. Back Icon : It is located at the top left corner and if you click on this Back ( ← ) you will be moved to the Survey Screen.
  3. Search Icon : It is located at the top right corner and if you click on this Search Icon, it allows you to Search for the records using fields like Staff Name, Staff Aadhaar Number, Staff Designation, Staff Mobile Number.

Statistics Section

In the Statistics Section, you will able to see the following information :

  1. Upload Pending Records : The number of records that are Pending to Upload.
  2. Uploaded Records : The number of records that are Successfully Uploaded.
  3. Upload Failed Records : The number of records that are Failed to Upload.
  4. Total Records : The Total number of records (Upload Pending, Uploaded, Upload Failed).

Records Section

In the Record Section of the List Screen, you can see a list of all created records.

  1. The list of created records are categorized by color codes based on their status, which are displayed on the right side of each record.

    Blue : The record is created but Not Uploaded.

    Green : The record is created and Successfully Uploaded.

    Orange : The record is created but Failed to upload.

    Brown : The record is created but Uploaded through Backup.

  2. If the List Screen is empty, a message will be displayed as " There are no records available, Tap Add (+) button to add a new record “.

Create

On the List Screen, click on the Add ” + “ button which is located at the bottom right corner to move to the Create Screen.

Title Section

At the top of the Create Screen, you will able to see the following information :

  1. Title : Create a Panchayat Staff
  2. Back Icon : It is located at the top left corner and if you click on this Back ( ← ) then an Alert Box displays as “Are you sure you want to go Back ?"
    • Click ” Yes “ button, you will be moved to the List Screen.
    • Click ” No “ button, you will remain in the Create Screen.
  3. Information icon : It is located at the top right corner and if you click on this Info(), you can see some instructions to create a Pnachayat Staff Record.

Input Section

You must fill all the Mandatory fields (*) on the Create Screen.


  1. Click on the Camera section and use your Device Camera to take a photo of the Panchayat Staff(Mandatory Field).
    1. If you click on the Next without taking the photo of the Panchayat Staff then a message displays at the bottom of the screen as “Please Capture the Panchayat Staff Photo using Camera”.
  2. Enter the Staff Details.
    1. For Further Staff Details, Click here . “A Record with Panchayat Staff Details already exists! Please check the data and try again."

    2. Click on the OK button on the Dialogue Box to edit the Panchayat Staff Details.
  3. Enter the Email ID.
    • Allowed Characters _ - +
    • Minimum Length 6
    • You must follow a Standard Email format (e.g. Example123@gmail.com )
    • If the entered Email is invalid, an dialogue Box will display as “Please enter a valid Email address."
  4. Choose the Education Qualification from the dropdown. (Mandatory Field)

    1. By default, Choose option is selected in the dropdown, If you won’t select the Education Qualification then a message will be displayed at the bottom of the Screen as ” Please Select Education Qualification”.
  5. Choose the Designation from the dropdown. (Mandatory Field)
    1. Click on the Search Bar to search the Designation.

    2. By default, Choose option is selected in the dropdown, If you won’t select the Designation then a message will be displayed at the bottom of the Screen as ” Please Select Designation “.
  6. Select the Appointment Date from the calendar. (Mandatory Field)
    • Calender displays only past dates
    • If you did not Select Appointment Date from the Calender, a message will be displayed at the bottom of the Screen as “Please Select Appointment Date”
  7. Once all the required fields are filled, click on the Next button which is at the bottom of the Screen, then it moves to the Confirmation Screen.
  8. If you click on the Next without entering all mandatory fields then Dialogue Box will display as " Please fill all the required fields “.

Confirmation Screen

On the Create Screen, click on the Next it moves to the Confirmation Screen.

Title Section

At the top of the Confirmation Screen, you will see the following information :

  1. Title : Panchayat Staff
  2. Back Icon : It is located at the top left corner and if you click on this Back ( ← ) you will go back to the Create Screen.

Details Section

  1. Verify all the details displayed in the Confirmation Screen.
  2. Click on the Finish button at the bottom of the screen and it moves to the List Screen.
  3. In the List Screen, it displays the newly created Panchayat Staff records.

View and Edit

On the List Screen, clicking on a record will move you to the View Screen.

Title Section

At the top of the View Screen, you will able to see the following information :

  1. Property Title : Panchayat Staff
  2. Back Icon : It is located at the top left corner and if you click on this Back ( ← ) you will go back to the List Screen.
  3. Edit : If you click on the Edit, you will be moved to the Edit Screen to modify the changes.
  4. Map Pin : If you click on this Map Pin, you can view the Panchayat Staff location.

Details Section

  1. Review the details in the View screen.
  2. If changes are needed, click on the Edit to make the necessary changes.
  3. Click on the Next button and it moves to the Confirmation screen.
  4. Editing can only be done before the Panchayat Staff Record is uploaded.
  5. Click on the Finish button to save the changes.

Delete

Deletion can only be done before the Panchayat Staff record is uploaded.

  1. From List Screen, If you want to Delete any particular record, click on the minus " - " sign which is located on the top right corner of the record.

  2. After Clicking on minus " - " sign, then an Dialogue Box will displays as “Are you sure you want to Delete ?"
    • Click ” Yes “ button, if you want to Delete the record.
    • Click ” No “ button, if you don’t want to Delete the record.
