Survey Manager

The Survey Manager is a representative of the Manpower Company responsible for managing the Survey process.

The Support Team will create the Survey Manager’s account.

Persona

  1. Qualification : Should have leadership qualities.
  2. Should create a supportive environment to track Survey Team’s work.
  3. Should have fluency in english and regional languages for effective communication.
  4. Should be proficient in selecting Survey Executives according to the criteria.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for Company Registration.
  2. Responsible for assigning a panchayat to the Survey Executive.
  3. Responsible for starting the Survey at Panchayat.
  4. Responsible for tracking the Survey executive’s work.

How to Login ?

  1. Enter the sb.panchayatseva.com in the web browser (Click on the link).
  2. Click on the Sign In button located on the top right corner to open the web portal login screen.
  3. Support Team will create the Survey Manager’s account.
  4. Enter the credentials in the Login Screen .
    1. At the bottom left corner, you’ll find the Contact Support option.
    2. Clicking on it will take you to the contact screen, where you can reach out to the Support Team for any assistance.
    3. At the bottom right corner, you can find Forgot Password and if you click on the forgot password, it allows you to reset the password.
      1. If you click on the forgot password, it moves to the next screen.
      2. Enter the registered Email Id.
      3. Enter the Captcha displayed on the screen and click on the Verify & Send OTP button.
      4. Enter the SMS OTP and Email OTP which is notified to the registered email id.
      5. Enter the Captcha displayed on screen and click on the Verify OTP button, it moves to the login screen.
      6. A message will be displayed on the screen as Password Successful.
  5. Enter the username and click on the Next button, it moves to the next screen.

    The screen will proceed to the next screen only if the username entered is correct.

  6. Enter the Password and Captcha and click on the Sign In button.

Location Section

In the Location section, select the District, Divison, Mandal, and Panchayat.

Dashboard Section

Survey Manager can view the Survey Manager and Survey Executive Dashboards.

  1. Once you Sign In, you will be moved to the Survey Manager dashboard screen.

Survey Manager Dashboard

  1. Look for the Dashboard option in the side menu on the left side of the screen, and then find the Survey Manager and by clicking on it will take you to the Survey Manager Dashboard screen.
Details Section
  1. Refresh Icon : It is located at the top right corner and if you click on this Refresh icon, it allows you to refresh the Survey Manager’s Dashboard.
  2. The progress of individual properties surveyed, the active status of Survey executives, and the count of properties surveyed, with widgets for Today, This Week, This Month, and Total Properties surveyed will be visible.

Survey Executive Dashboard

  1. Look for the Dashboard option in the side menu on the left side of the screen, and then find the Survey Executive and by clicking on it will take you to the Survey Executive Dashboard screen.
Details Section
  1. Refresh Icon : It is located at the top right corner and if you click on this Refresh icon, it allows you to refresh the Survey Executive.
  2. The Status of the Survey Executive’s such as Registration, Exam, Activation are visible on the screen.

Registering into the Survey Company

Provide the details of your Survey Company to create your Company profile.

  1. Look for the Asset Survey option in the side menu on the left side of the screen, and then find the Survey Company and by clicking on it will take you to the Survey Company screen.

Survey Company

  1. Search Icon : It is located at the top right corner and if you click on this Search icon, it allows you to search for the Companies.
Create

To Create a Survey Company, click on the Create button and then it moves to the Create Screen.

Fill all the Mandatory fields(*) on the Create Screen.


  1. Enter the GST Number and click on the Validate GST button (Mandatory field).

    • The GST Number should only start with numbers but not with alphabets.
    • Allowed Characters A-Z 0-9
    • Length 15

    If entered GST Number is valid, then the Company details will be automatically generated except Head Count. The Company details cannot be editable.


  2. Enter the Head Count of the Company (Mandatory field).

    • Allowed Characters 0-9
    • Minimum Length 1
    • Maximum Length 4
    • Range 5000
  3. Check the Company details which are generated.

  4. Then, enter the Captcha displayed on the screen (Mandatory field).

  5. At the bottom right corner, you can find the Back button and if you click on this it moves back to the Survey Company Screen.

  6. Once all required fields are filled, click on the Submit button and then it moves to the Survey Company screen.

    1. After successful creation of the company, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " A Survey Manpower Company Successfully Created".
    2. If the Company creation fails, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " Failed to Process the Request “.
Update

On the Survey Company Screen, select the checkbox that you want to update and click on the Update button and then it moves to the Update Screen.
If you click on the Update button without selecting any checkbox, then an Alert Box will be displayed as ” Please Select one record to Update" and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox.

  1. Modify the fields that you want to edit.
  2. Enter the Reason for Updation.
  3. Enter the Captcha displayed on the screen.
  4. At the bottom right corner, you can find the Back button and if you click on this it moves back to the Survey Company screen.
  5. Once all required fields are filled, click on the Submit button and then it moves to the Survey Company screen.
    1. After successful updation of the company, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " A Survey Manpower Company Successfully Updated."
    2. If the Company updation fails, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " Failed to Process the Request “.
View

On the Survey Company Screen, select the checkbox that you want to view and click on the View button and then it moves to the View Screen. If you click on the View button without selecting any checkbox, then an Alert Box is displayed as ” Please Select one record to View" and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox.

In the View section, the PDF and Excel buttons allow you to download the details of the respective company.

  1. You can view the selected Company details.
    1. At the bottom right corner, you can find Back button and if you click on this then it moves back to the Survey Company Screen.
Export

On the Survey Company Screen, select the checkboxes that you want to Export.

  1. If you click on the PDF or Excel button placed under the Export button without selecting any checkboxes, an alert box will be displayed :
    PDF : Please select at least one record to perform the Export PDF operation. Excel : Please select at least one record to perform the Export Excel operation. and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox.

    In the Export section, you can download details of multiple companies at once in PDF or Excel format by selecting them.

  2. Click on the Export button, and then PDF and Excel options will be displayed.
    1. Select PDF Option to export the selected Survey Company details in PDF format.
    2. Select Excel Option to export the selected Survey Company details in Excel sheet.

Managing the Survey Executives

The Survey Manager will update, remove and approve the Survey Executive to attempt the test.

  1. Look for the Asset Survey option in the side menu on the left side of the screen, and then find the Survey Executive and by clicking on it will take you to the Survey Executive screen.
Update

On the Survey Executive Screen, select the checkbox that you want to update and click on the Update button and then it moves to the Update Screen.
If you click on the Update button without selecting any checkbox, then an Alert Box is displayed as " Please Select one record to Update" and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox.

Readable fields cannot be edited. Remaining fields can be edited.


  1. Modify the fields that you want to edit.
  2. Enter the Reason for Updation.
  3. Enter the Captcha displayed on the screen.
  4. At the bottom right corner, you can find Back button and if you click on this it moves back to the Survey Executive screen.
  5. Once all required fields are filled, click on the Submit button and then it moves to the Survey Executive screen.
    1. After successful updation of the Survey Executive, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " A Survey Executive Successfully Updated."
    2. If the Survey Executive updation fails, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " Failed to Process the Request “.
Remove

On the Survey Executive Screen, select the checkbox that you want to Remove and click on the Remove button and then it moves to the Remove Screen.
If you click on the Remove button without selecting any checkbox, then an Alert Box is displayed as ” Please Select one record to Remove" and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox.

  1. You can view the selected Survey Executive’s details.
  2. Enter the Reason for Removal.
  3. Enter the Captcha displayed on the screen.
  4. At the bottom right corner, you can find Back button and if you click on this it moves back to the Survey Company screen.
  5. Once all required fields are filled, click on the Submit button and then it moves to the Survey Executive screen.
    1. After successful Removal of the Survey Executive, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " A Survey Executive Successfully Removed."
    2. If the Survey Executive Removal fails, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " Failed to Process the Request “.
Delete

On the Survey Executive Screen, select the checkbox that you want to Delete and click on the Delete button and then it moves to the Delete Screen.
If you click on the Delete button without selecting any checkbox, then an Alert Box is displayed as ” Please Select one record to Delete" and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox.

  1. You can view the selected Survey Executive’s details.
  2. Enter the Reason for Deletion.
  3. Enter the Captcha displayed on the screen.
  4. At the bottom right corner, you can find Back button and if you click on this it moves back to the Survey Executive screen.
  5. Once all required fields are filled, click on the Submit button and then it moves to the Survey Executive screen.
    1. After successful Deletion of the Survey Executive, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " A Survey Executive Successfully Deleted."
    2. If the Survey Executive Deletion fails, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " Failed to Process the Request “.
Permit Test

It allows the Survey Executive to be approved for login and take the test.
On the Survey Executive Screen, select the checkboxes that you want to give access to Permit Test. If you click on the Permit Test button without selecting any checkbox, then an Alert Box is displayed as ” Please Select atleast one checkbox to Permit Test". and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox
and click on the Permit Test button.

In the Permit Test section, you can Permit the Survey Executives to write the Test.

  1. Enter the Reason for Approval.
  2. Enter the Captcha displayed on the screen.
  3. At the bottom right corner, you can find Back button and if you click on this it moves back to the Survey Executive screen.
  4. Once all required fields are filled, click on the Submit button and then it moves to the Survey Executive screen.
    1. After successful Approval of the Survey Executive, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " A Survey Executive Successfully Approved."
    2. If the Survey Executive Approval fails, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " Failed to Process the Request “.
View

On the Survey Executive Screen, select the checkbox that you want to view and click on the View button and then it moves to the View Screen. If you click on the View button without selecting any checkbox, then an Alert Box is displayed as ” Please Select one record to View" and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox.

In the View section, the PDF and Excel buttons allow you to download the details of the respective Survey Executive.

  1. You can view the selected Survey Executive’s details.
    1. At the bottom right corner, you can find Back button and if you click on this then it moves back to the Survey Executive Screen.
Export

On the Survey Company Screen, select the checkboxes that you want to Export.

  1. If you click on the PDF or Excel option placed under the Export button without selecting any checkboxes, an alert box will be displayed: PDF : Please select at least one record to perform the Export PDF operation. Excel : Please select at least one record to perform the Export Excel operation.

    In the Export section, you can download details of multiple Survey Executives at once in PDF or Excel format by selecting them.


  2. Click on the Export button, and then PDF and Excel options will be displayed.

    1. Select PDF Option to export the selected Survey Executive details in PDF format.
    2. Select Excel Option to export the selected Survey Executive details in Excel sheet.

Start/Stop the Panchayat

The Survey Manager should Start/Stop the Survey in a Panchayat.

Selecting a Panchayat is mandatory to Start/Stop a Panchayat.


  1. Look for the Product Settings option in the side menu on the left side of the screen, and then find the Organizations and by clicking on it will take you to the Organizations screen.
  2. Select the checkbox to view the Organizations details.
    1. If you click on the View button without selecting any checkbox, then an Alert Box is displayed as " Please Select one record to View" and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox.
  3. Click on the View button and then it moves to the View Screen.

    In the View screen, the PDF and Excel buttons allow you to download the details of the Respective Organization.

  4. You can view the PDF, Excel, Survey Start buttons and details of the selected Organization.
  5. Click on the Survey Start button to start the Survey in the Panchayat and then it moves to the Organization Survey Start screen.
Start the Panchayat
  1. Survey Manager will assign a Panchayat to the Survey Executive and instruct them to start the Survey.

  2. Enter the Target Survey Asset Count.

    • Allowed Characters 0-9
    • Minimum Length: 1
    • Maximum Length: 4
  3. Enter the Reason for Updation (Mandatory Field).

  4. Enter the Captcha displayed on the screen (Mandatory Field).

  5. At the bottom right corner, you can find Back button and if you click on this it moves back to the Organizations screen.

  6. Once all required fields are filled, click on the Submit button and then it moves to the Organizations screen.

    1. Once the survey is successfully started in a Panchayat, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as “The Organization has been Successfully Updated”.
    2. If the survey launch in a Panchayat fails, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " Failed to Process the Request “.
Stop the Panchayat
  1. If the Survey is completed in the Panchayat then the Survey Manager will change the Survey Status Type into Completed then the Survey Manager will stop the panchayat and assign a new panchayat.

  2. If the Survey is completed then the Survey Manager will change the Survey Status Type into Completed then the Survey Manager will stop the survey and assign a new panchayat.

  3. In order to Stop the Panchayat, go the View Screen and click on the Survey Complete button to stop the Survey in the Panchayat and then it moves to the Organization Survey Complete screen.

  4. Enter the Reason for Updation.

  5. Enter the Captcha displayed on the screen.

  6. At the bottom right corner, you can find Back button and if you click on this it moves back to the Organizations screen.

  7. Once all required fields are filled, click on the Submit button and then it moves to the Organizations screen.

    1. Once the survey is successfully Completed in a Panchayat, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as “The Organization has been Successfully Updated”.
    2. If the survey completion in a Panchayat fails, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen as " Failed to Process the Request “.

Tracking the Work Status

  1. Look for the Product Settings option in the side menu on the left side of the screen, and then find the Organizations and by clicking on it will take you to the Organizations screen.

  2. To view the organization details, select the checkbox where the survey status of the Panchayat is in In Progress, Completed, or Authorization Pending state.

  3. If you click on the View button without selecting any checkbox, then an Alert Box is displayed as ” Please Select one record to View” and click OK button on the Alert Box to select the checkbox.

  4. Click on the View button and then it moves to the View Screen.

  5. The Work progress of each individual Survey Executive of the Panchayat will be visible after the Location Map.

User Account

A User Account is a personalized profile that allows users to manage and secure their information.

  1. Look for the User Account option in the side menu on the left side of the screen.
  2. You can view the following options under the User Account category in the side menu.
    1. My Account: To update the Survey Manager’s account details.
    2. Change Password: To update the Survey Manager’s account password.
    3. Profile Picture: To update the Survey Manager’s profile picture.
    4. Login Pin: To update the Survey Manager’s login pin.
