Field Executives, known as SaYukth Representatives, are responsible for ensuring data accuracy. They play a key role in correcting, and updating property data to ensure reliability and transparency in the Panchayat Seva system.


Persona of Field Executive

  1. Role: Field Executive.
  2. Qualifications: A graduate with a strong resemblance to the Panchayat Secretary’s role.
  3. Skills:
    • Knowledge of Admin App and Product features.
    • Proficient in digital tools for efficient work with the Admin App.
    • Fluency in the regional language, English, or Hindi.
  4. Communication: Effective communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  5. Appearance: Professional attire to reflect the organization’s standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

Survey Execution

  1. Use geo-location tools in the Admin App to map properties precisely.

Data Correction

  1. Review surveyed taxable property data for errors or discrepancies.
  2. Rectify mistakes or update property information via the Admin App.
  3. Process citizen requests for data changes, ensuring authenticity and accuracy.
  4. Update records promptly to maintain reliable and up-to-date data.

Communication

  1. Communicate survey-related updates and corrections to the Panchayat Secretary.
  2. Educate citizens on the importance of accurate property data.
  3. Respond to citizen queries or concerns regarding property data efficiently.

Digitalization

  1. Leverage the Admin App’s features to optimize survey and data correction processes.
  2. Maintain digital records of surveys and updates for future reference.

Steps to Access the Admin App:

  1. The Panchayat Seva Admin App will be pre-installed on the Panchayat Seva device assigned to the Field Executive.
  2. Log in using the credentials provided during onboarding.
  3. Navigate to the following sections:
    • Survey Data: View and manage surveyed properties.
    • Data Correction: Make corrections or updates based on citizen requests or identified inaccuracies.
    • Progress Tracker: Monitor survey progress in assigned areas.

Field Executive Workflow

1. Data Collection

  1. Record the details in the Admin App immediately.

1. Data Verification

  1. Cross-check the surveyed data with official records for consistency.
  2. Identify any discrepancies or missing information.

1. Data Correction

  1. Process corrections to surveyed data upon receiving citizen requests.
  2. Validate the citizen’s documentation before making changes.
  3. Update the property information in the Admin App after rectifying errors.

1. Reporting

  1. Provide regular updates to the Support Manager and Panchayat Secretary on survey and correction progress.
  2. Highlight any challenges or recurring issues encountered during surveys or corrections.

1. Additional Tasks

  1. Assist in training new Field Executives on survey and correction processes.
  2. Collaborate with the Support Manager to address complex citizen requests or disputes.
