About Panchayat Survey App

A Survey app is a software application specifically aimed at collecting detailed information about properties and citizens, including family member details. It enables Survey Executives to gather comprehensive data on property attributes, household characteristics, and individual family members through our mobile survey app.

How the Survey App Works

1. Registration :
   • Survey Executives register in the app using their Aadhaar and personal details like location.
   • Only those who have passed an exam and are approved by the Survey Company Manager can use the app.
2. Panchayat Selection :
   • After login, the Survey Executive selects the Panchayat where they will work.
   • If the Panchayat is not assigned to them, an alert will say they don’t have permission.
3. Map Testing and Offline Map Download :
   • Before starting the survey, the app tests the Executive’s ability to pinpoint locations using a map.
   • Offline maps are downloaded to make sure the app works even without internet.
4. Surveying Properties :
   • The Survey Executive collects details about the following property categories:
     • Houses : Collect complete property details, including owner details, site area, building details, and amenities.
       
     • Vacant Lands : Collect empty Land category, owner details, land area, and geo-location.
       
     • Kolagaram, Trade Licenses, and Advertisements: Collect owner details, Trade or Kolagaram details, and location.
       
     • Auctions : Collect Winner details, Auction details, and location.
     • Panchayat Staff: Collect staff details, including Aadhaar, designation, and qualifications.
       
     • Door Locked Properties: Collect minimal details, such as geo-location and basic property data, when the owner is unavailable.
       
5. Saving Data :
   • All collected data is stored in the app. If there is no internet, the app saves the data. When there is internet availabilily, you can upload it to the server.
   • If we unable to send the data to the server due to any mobile issue, so they can send the data to the another survey executive.
