Citizen Details

Citizen/Staff Details can be generated by Aadhaar Scan, OCR or by Manual Entry.

Aadhaar QR/OCR

The following fields will be generated by scanning the QR/OCR :

  • Aadhaar Number
  • Name
  • Surname
  • Father/Spouse Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  1. You should scan the Aadhaar QR from a distance of 20 cm within 15 seconds.
  2. If you do not scan the QR within the given time, a message will be displayed at the bottom of the screen: “QR not detected, switching to OCR”.
  3. If QR scanning fails, you can take a photo of the Aadhaar card by using OCR feature from 1 foot away and make sure the camera focuses on the front side of the Aadhaar Card.
  4. After taking the Front Side, click on the Capture button then a message will be displays as “Front Side Captured”.
  5. Now, take a photo of the back side and click on the Capture button again then a message will display as “Back Side Captured” and it will moves to the Create Screen.

Manual Entry (If QR/OCR Doesn’t Work)

If the Aadhaar QR/OCR is not available or fails to scan, you can enter Citizen Details by the Manual Entry.

You must fill all the Mandatory fields(*) on the Create Screen.


  1. Enter the Aadhaar Number of the Citizen/Staff (Mandatory Field).
    • Citizen’s Aadhaar Number should only start with numbers 2-9.
    • Allowed Characters 0-9
    • Length 12
  2. Enter the Name of the Citizen (Mandatory Field).
    • Citizen’s Name should only start with alphabets, but not with numbers and special characters.
    • Allowed Characters _ - A-Z a-z 0-9
    • Minimum Length 3
    • Maximum Length 64
  3. Enter the Surname of the Citizen (Mandatory Field).
    • Citizen’s Surname should only start with alphabets, but not with numbers and special characters.
    • Allowed Characters _ - A-Z a-z 0-9
    • Minimum Length 1
    • Maximum Length 32
  4. Enter the Father/Spouse Name of the Citizen/Staff (Mandatory Field).
    • Citizen’s Father/Spouse Name should only start with alphabets, but not with numbers and special characters.
    • Allowed Characters _ - / : A-Z a-z 0-9
    • Minimum Length 3
    • Maximum Length 64
  5. Select the Date of Birth of the Citizen from the Calendar (Mandatory Field).

    owner/Staff’s Age must be 18 or older in Kolagaram, Trade, Auction, Advertisement Properties, and Panchayat Staff.
    There are no Age restrictions for Owner in Vacant Land and House Properties.


  6. Select the Gender of the Citizen (Mandatory Field).
  7. Enter the Mobile Number of the Citizen (Mandatory Field).
    • Citizen’s Mobile Number should only start with 6-9.
    • Allowed Characters 0-9
    • Length 10
